This anime is about a love story between Romeo and Juliet. After 14 years since Montague's rebellion, the politics scenario in Neo Verona still unstable. Peoples that were oppressed tried to find an alternative way to regain peace and freedom that they have in Capulet's era.

An appearance of Red Whirlwind, a hero in mask that opposing Montague's was welcomed by the people but it made the government become more strict to eliminate Red Whirlwind’s influence.
Meanwhile, Capulet’s supporter have arranged a plan to regain their power by using Juliet as their new backbone.
